SOMATIC MOVEMENT EDUCATION IN TROPICAL NATURE

To appreciate and manifest the profound connection between the extraordinary tropical natural environment and our bodies.
To refine internal sensations–their intensity and quality, in relation to our intentions, movements and the demands of the physical and social environment.
To identify and modify unconscious movement patterns that no longer respond to our present demands.
To develop movement versatility and a greater range of adaptation to life’s changing demands.
